Israel and Hamas have agreed to a pause to their two-year war. The plan also includes the release of prisoners in exchange for Palestinian prisoners.

Hamas will release twenty hostages, while the Israeli military will begin vacating the majority of the territory.

It is still unclear under president Donald Trump’s plan whether and how Hamas will be disarmed, and who will govern it.

A twenty-nine-year-old man has been charged with sparking California’s deadly Palisades Fire.

Federal officials said Jonathan Rinderknecht ignited a small fire on New Year’s Day that smoldered underground.

The fire then reignited a week later, leaving twelve people dead across Pacific Palisades and Malibu.

Rinderknecht was arrested Tuesday in Florida and made his first court appearance Wednesday in Orlando on charges of malicious destruction by means of fire. The charges carry a minimum of five years in prison.

A soccer match between Argentina and Puerto Rico originally scheduled to be played in Chicago has been moved to Florida amid the immigration crackdown in the city.

The match was supposed to be played on Oct. 13 at Soldier Field.

The game was moved to Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale.
