Today marks two years since the start of the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza. Two years ago today, Hamas-led troops invaded Southern Israel, attacking military bases, farming communities and a music festival.

Peace talks between Israel and Hamas will resume today after starting on Monday. The U.S. is drafting the peace plan… which includes discussions of disarming Hamas and the future governance of Gaza.

Hundreds of hikers have been trapped by heavy snow on Mount Everest in Tibet, China.

While 350 have already been saved… over two hundred are still in need of rescue. Many of these hikers are stranded at an elevation of over 16,000 feet.

Rescue teams are currently working to clear paths through the snow to allow hikers to safely descend the mountain.

The Supreme Court will hear arguments today regarding the banning of conversion therapy for LGBTQ+ youth.

This hearing is a result of a lawsuit filed by a Christian camp counselor regarding a Colorado law that bans therapy aimed at changing sexual orientation or gender identity.

The argument being made against this law is it violates the first amendment because it does not allow for voluntary, faith-based counseling for children.
