Two of U.S. President Donald Trump’s envoys traveled to Israel Monday to shore up the tenuous ceasefire that’s holding in Gaza, a day after the fragile deal faced its first major flareup as Israel threatened to halt aid transfers and killed dozens in strikes after it accused Hamas militants of killing two soldiers.

The Israeli military announced it resumed enforcing the ceasefire late Sunday. Aid deliveries will resume Monday through multiple crossings after Israeli inspection, in line with the agreement, according to an Israeli security official, who spoke on condition of anonymity as they weren’t authorized to speak to the media.

Internet users around the world faced widespread disruption early.

On Monday because of a problem at Amazon’s cloud computing service that took down dozens of major online services, including social media site Snapchat, the Roblox and Fortnite video games and chat app Signal.

About three hours after the outage began, Amazon Web Services said it was starting to recover from the problem.

Crowds gathered at two locations in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul Saturday to protest what they see as authoritarian actions by Trump’s administration.

The protests were organized by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet at St. Catherine University and residents of the Lexington Landing senior living center at Lexington Parkway and West Seventh Street. They were part of a larger movement of over 2,600 No Kings protests across the country.
