Earlier this month, Vice Presidential nominee and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz was found in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota with hunters for the official Governor’s Pheasant Hunting Opener.
The move was an effort by the Democratic campaign to show the Governor’s rural background and attempt to connect with male voters. Walz could be seen in video clips walking around open grasslands carrying a shotgun, but reports say he did not have a successful hunt.
