St. Thomas basketball junior guard Kendall Blue announced his commitment to the Nebraska Cornhuskers after entering the transfer portal April 3.

Blue made his announcement on social media Wednesday.

Blue joined guard Miles Barnstable as the second player to enter the portal following the team’s best D-I era season.

Blue started every game in his three years at St. Thomas. This season he averaged 12.3 points per game and grabbed 4.4 rebounds.

Blue averaged 15 points per game during the Summit League Championships to lead the program to its first Summit League title game in school history. He earned an all-tournament team spot for his three-game performance.
